SLIO is a
common name for the IO-nodes connected to the local CAN bus, the S-bus. There
are two types of SLIO nodes, SLIO 01 and SLIO 02. The main difference between
them is the IO-configuration. There are also minor differences between the
two nodes regarding the software. When changing the CanMan system
applications, i.e. the code executing in the CCN nodes, no changes are needed
in the SLIO node software. This software is always the same, irrespective of
the application in the CCN node. · The SLIO node provides connections for digital input, digital output, analog input, PWM output, PULSE output and frequency measurement. ·
